This location was really handy for me. It was easy to find, no hassle getting there, and it made picking up my gear before the trip super simple.

I don’t remember every little step of the checkout, but I do remember feeling uneasy when it came time to enter my card details. Something about it just didn’t feel secure to me. I reached out to support, and by the time they got back to me, it felt a bit too late to be helpful.

I had an issue with my order and support got back to me really quickly. They fixed it without making it a whole thing, which I really appreciated... it was way easier than I expected.

Check-in worked fine overall, but I did end up waiting around for a bit. The instructions weren’t super clear either, and it felt like no one really owned the process or knew who was supposed to be handling what. Not a huge disaster, but definitely a little frustrating.

We had to drive around for a while trying to figure out where to go because the signs weren’t very clear, and there wasn’t much space nearby. Getting in and out felt really tight too, especially if you have a bigger car. It made the whole visit feel way more stressful than it needed to be. I’d probably think twice before going back unless they improve the parking or at least offer some kind of parking voucher or small compensation for the hassle.
